ADR Panel

The IP & Electronic Media panel has been developed to bring together specialists in all forms of dispute resolution to resolve disputes in IT, ICT, IP, Copyright, Trademarks, Patent, Communications and Electronic Media.

In the event of a dispute under the Communications Providers' ADR Service, parties will be invited to agree their own neutral for appointment from those listed on the Panel. Further details are available from Yvette Yates.
